How do I know a product is authentic?
Every product is sourced directly from authorised retailers, backed by an invoice. That is our core commitment, whatever the category.
Are Ninja and Dyson appliances guaranteed?
Yes — every appliance comes with its manufacturer’s guarantee. The exact terms are shared with you before you buy.
How does the Cellar on Request work?
You tell us the wine you are looking for, we confirm availability and price, a deposit secures the order, then the bottle is purchased, authenticated and shipped all the way to Douala.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Mobile Money (MTN MoMo and Orange Money), as well as payment in store on collection.
How does online Mobile Money payment work?
In the Payment section, enter the amount our team has confirmed with you and your phone number: you are taken to the secure page of our payment provider, where you approve the payment with your MTN MoMo or Orange Money PIN. Your PIN never passes through our website, and your receipt follows on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver outside Douala?
We currently deliver within Douala. For any other city, contact us on WhatsApp — we can look at a solution case by case.
Can I return an item?
If you notice a defect on delivery, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the product — we will find a solution quickly.

Returns & Refunds
We want every purchase from Mboa Signature to leave you completely satisfied.
Return conditions
- You have 48 hours after delivery to report a defect or a non-conforming item (with a photo, via WhatsApp or email)
- The product must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging
- Cellar on Request items (rare wines and spirits bought to order) cannot be returned or refunded, unless found to be defective on delivery
- Return costs are paid by the customer, except where the error or defect is ours
How to request a return
Contact us on WhatsApp or at info@mboasignature.com with your order number, a description of the problem and a photo if possible. We reply within 48 working hours.
Refund
- Once the return is approved and the product collected, the refund is made within 5 to 10 working days
- It is issued through the same payment method used for the purchase (Mobile Money, card or bank transfer, as applicable)
- Transaction fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable
